Easy Almond Milk Horchata

Not quite the real deal Latin original, but this is an easy way to make this syrupy-sweet, refreshing, hot-weather beverage at home.  And it's not just for hot weather -- the nutty cinnamon notes resonate year round.  Here's how we make horchata at home:

Melt 1/4 c. honey, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/8 tsp vanilla extract in a saucepan.  Slowly mix in 1 c. Treehouse Almond Milk.  Refrigerate to cool and serve over ice.
