The Chef & the Slow Cooker

Our pal, Hugh Acheson, just came out with a new cookbook.  It's called The Chef & the Slow Cooker.  In it, he makes delicious, gourmet meals nearly effortless, helping us to slow down and appreciate the process of making nourishing food in the midst of our frenetic modern lives.  Not unlike our approach to nut milk.  He also gives yours truly a lovely mention in his slow-cooked steel-cut oatmeal recipe.  So, go track it down at your local small bookseller; if you're anything like us, this is the kind of cookbook that will become a go-to for life.
